Dr. Kamaludin A. Sheikh (Somalia): is the CEO & founder of BUREQO company. He has proven experience and knowledge in the following multidisciplinary fields: applied statistics, health economics, performance assessment and financial accounting; with strong track record of research projects and published papers. Prior to his current post, he worked as assistant professor with Faculty of Public Health and Tropical Medicine, Jazan University and statistician consultant with a consultancy company called ‘Total Health Information System’ in Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. His research interests were on: behavioral economics of substance use disorders, economic costing and evaluations, decision models of cost-effective analysis, measurements of health-related quality of life (HRQL, QALY and DALY), and randomized controlled evaluations.

Zafar is an experienced Professor with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital & health care industry. Skilled in Clinical Research, Health Economics, Healthcare financing, Medical Education, ICD-10, Epidemiology, and Data Analysis. Strong education professional with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused in Business Administration and Management from University Malaya followed by Master in Microeconomics, and PhD from United Nations University, International Institute for Global Health. He is the founder member of Malaysian Health Economic Association (AMHEA) and ISPOR Malaysia. He is also member of central committee of Malaysian Productivity Council (MPC) for Hospital Benchmarking in Malaysia. He is member of the WHO revision committee for ICD 11.
Umar Yagoub Mohammed (Saudi Arabia): is a consultant epidemiologist at King Salman Armed Forces Hospital, Ministry of Defence (MSD), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Omar has MBBS, MPH, PhD, and IPFPH. Umar published dozens of papers and spoken at several conferences with recent specific focus on Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM) in HIV positive patients.
